Hi, it isn't a matter of triggering Power Saving, in any case there is a software bug that get stuck the machine and interrupt connection with the RIP so it needs to reboot everything. We tried with a new RIP, new ESS and it got the same result.
Have you tried adjusting the Power Save mode settings?
we have a serious problem with a 9065: when it goes on stand by, frequently we can't use it and we need to power off and then power on. This machine has Rip Exi 9065 softw. 2.0. The Xerox technician replaced boards, the whole Rip, but the problem is always there. I mind this is a software bug. Does anyone have the same problem?
