By reviewing the following link the smallest media size supported by the C75 is 5.5x7.2 and an A7 envelope is 5.25x7.25 which is smaller.
The following describes the C75 paper trays and the sizes of media that can be used in them.

A-7 envelopes keep hanging up. I open and flatten the flaps, and load into Tray 5. They hang up after the toner goes on, but before they go through the fuser. I never had this problemm on the 7700. Any suggestions?
