A3 HCF does not recognize

Thanks for your reply.

The day after tomorrow we are going to test it. So it means that we should make this memory 1? And also can you tell me what we should we do with the two the other memories of 604-001 and 609-316. According to what we studied, we should set the 604-001 to 60 and 609-316 to 1. So any further help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I don't know if it works, but I find another NVM 500-585 (type of PFP kit installed). 0 (zero) is the default value for A4.

Dear all,

We have an Altalink B8090 with HCF which is set to be A4 by default. However as our customer requires A3 paper size, we ordered an HCF kit( A3 SEF) however the machine still does not recognize the A3 size and has been dedicated to A4. So we do appreciate if you help us in this regard. Additionally I have attached some picture for your reference.

We had the same problem for Xerox WC5890 which we solved from the instruction the attached screen shot.
