Re: A3 option missing from paper size - Mac - 560 Printer

I had a simmilar problem with xerox 60-70. Could not find driver on Internet. Luckily other computer had the drivers - Computer->Library->Printers

Copied content of folder Printers to another computer, remmaped (delete and add) printer and it works.

Size was: 311 MB

Unfortunaltely cannot upload the drivers (security policy).

Re: A3 option missing from paper size - Mac - 560 Printer

Xerox.com typically has outdated drivers for the Fiery rips as they are made by EFI, and EFI distributes the drivers on their site as well as on the Fiery itself via webtools assuming you have it set to download updates automatically.

Do you actually have a Fiery rip? and if so is it actually a 2.0?

You can't arbitrarily choose drivers due to OS support. And the driver for a 2.0 doesn't work properly on a 1.0.

I have 10.13 and the XC driver as well as the EX 2.0 (From EFI) and both have A3

A3 option missing from paper size - Mac - 560 Printer

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi

I'm having a problem with one of our users, they are trying to print in A3 but there is no A3 size available in the paper size options. It's an XC560 printer, printing from a MacBook on High Sierra but with the driver below:

Yosemite - Mac os driver for 10.10 on Fiery Ex550/560 2.0 on xc 560/570

There is no driver for High Sierra and this is the most recent Mac driver for 560 that I can find (there's no 560 option under El Capitan)

Has anyone else had this problem or knows what might be causing it?

Thanks

Claire
