Re: A5 Printing Speed for Altalink 8000 Series

The heavier gsm makes it print slower. I think the only way to determine is to have someone in sales test for you

Re: A5 Printing Speed for Altalink 8000 Series

I might be corrected on this, the speed of the printer is part of the model number.

Example: C8030 - Would be 30 ppm normal printing.

C8035 - Would be 35 ppm normal printing.

I don't know if thats true, But I have tested this on the WC75XX and WC78XX models and its pretty cost to the numbers.

A5 Printing Speed for Altalink 8000 Series

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

Hello,

I am looking into a new printer for our office.  We print a large amount of A5 duplex jobs on heavy paper (220g) but I can't seem to find the print speed specifications for A5 anywhere.

I appreciate this isn't going to be a fast job, however our previous printer was getting about 3ppm and we are looking for something that won't take hours to print our jobs.

Thanks in advance.
