Have tried looking at the knowledge base, sadly it didn't help.

 

I find support unhelpful, but will try again.

Account scanning but not printing

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

I have 2 administrator accounts.  One scans and prints, the other will only scan, no printing.  Can not work out why.
