Take out the tray and check behind, it is possible to have a jamed paper there.

Product Name: Xerox Versant 180 Press
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina
We have an error : adjust the paper guides to lightly touch the edges of the paper tray 1. We made the adjustement, but we have the same message. What will be the problem ? Trank you.
