Adjusting Image Quality Xerox 800

On my 800/1000 Halftones and screened areas look dull. Looks like they are lacking all of the black. The text looks black and dark. The service man has replaced dry inks, I have recalibrated the full with array and the main computer. on the main computer the magenta and black on the curve jump out of line.
