Admin Password

i have tried both passwords so should work with ever soft wear i have but doesnt, doesnt let me do any thing on machine, new machine, i have tried to get support when was 5 weeks old but no one contacted me, i need to be able to change things on unit

can not log onto machine, used 1111 and serial number ?? what can i do

Depending on the software level of your device the admin password will either be 1111 or your serial number of the printer.

I purchased a Workcenter 6515 but never set up the admin password. I have no idea what it is. I looked through all the papework I received and didn't see anything about a default password. What can I do?
