You will need to call into the support department 1-800-821-2797 they will be able to help you reset the admin password.

Admin Password

Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I am trying to log in as an administrator for my C400.  I use it at home and do not really use the admin for control purposes.  I cannot remember the password.  I have tried both the 1111 and the printer serial number, but neither works.  How do I get into the printer as the admin?  I wanted to update the firmware but cannot since I am unable to get in as the admin.  Thanks. Gary
