Thank you for using the Support Forum. Without the model number of the printers you are using I can not give you a link to a solution but yes you can restrict color printing either at the machine or in the drivers.  The system administrator for the printers would need to select black and white print only in the driver. They can also use the CentreWare Internet Server or Embedded Web Server to restrict the setting at the printers.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Looking for a tool that allows you to lockdown xerox drivers with goal to gray out the color and black white radio buttons or drop downs to prevent end users from changing at the application levels. Does Xerox offer such an admin tool like some manufacturers?
