When we are printing from an iPhone the device continually paper jams, we have checked the settings and these are correct.
Tray 1 is set to executive paper even though their is A4 in the tray, from what I can see the printer will automatically detect what is in the tray, all tray guides are up to the paper correctly. When sending a print job and the settings on the phone/printer match it will still throw up a mismatch error. I have tried other trays, tray 2 has A4 paper and will still thow up the error of the paper being mismatched without an option to override. Even if both phone and trays are set to auto select it will still display the error.
There are no paper misfeeds experienced at all when printing from a laptop or PC.
