Al intentar imprimir sale error de "filter"

Product Name: Phaser 6020
Operating System: macOS 12 - Monterrey

Hola!, cuando intento imprimir me sale error "failed", he reinstalado la impresora nuevamente pero sigue saliendo el error, cuando antes funcionaba perfectamente.Que puedo hacer? Gracias.
