All lights on screen blank.

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 8
My Printer's all lights are on but screen is blank.. I tried resetting from backside button but no response. I can see a digit 8 flashing backside.. Kindly help.
