Re: All sorts of Fault Codes involving fuser.

Thanks for the response, Gabi!

Tech came and replaced a board and the power supply. We also have to swap to a new fuser. Two (2) fusers went bad because of all those fault codes.

With all the new parts installed/swapped, now we're getting Jam Code 77-103. Printed sheets doesn't goes thru after the fuser assembly.

One problem yeilds to another problem. Presently, we are still down.

Is anybody familiar with this problem?

Hi,

You need a tech to reset an NVM value or to initialize the NVM.

All sorts of Fault Codes involving fuser.

Product Name: Xerox Versant 2100 Press
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hello Everyone!

I'm having these fuser fault codes:

• 99-360 • 99-374 • 99-384 • 99-382

Does anybody knows what causing me these codes. This started happening when I swapped an new fuser. After the swapping the codes happened so we assumed that this new fuser is "bad" fuser so we switch back to the older fuser. Now, with this older fuser, the said error codes are still happening.

I will really appreciate if you can share whatever solutions you know that can solve this problem.

Best,
