Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the Auto tray switching solution.  Make sure you have auto tray switching selected. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Allow 11" x 17" jobs to print when 8.5" x 11" tray is empty?

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

On our Xerox Color C60, we have the first two trays set to 11" x 17" paper. Trays 3 & 4 are set to 8.5" x 11". Whenever either trays 3 or 4 (8.5" x 11") run out of paper, the printer will no longer print jobs that are sent to the 11" x 17" tray. Is there a way to have the printer continue printing to 11" x 17" tray when the 8.5" x 11" trays are empty?
