AltaLink C8055 and Elatec TWN4 Multitech RFID Reader Authentication issue when signing in with card

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer

Hi there

We have 13 AltaLink C8055 copiers and Elatec TWN4 Multitask RFID Readers.

We are having Authentication issues when signing in with cards.

We have Equitrac 2013-10 readers which work fine via Xerox secure access but the other units with the new Elactec readers are having issues with authentication.

 

We get Access Denied.  See system administrator for assistance.

I have turned off the option for embedded devices in secure access but this has not resolved the issue.

 

Can anyone assist?
