So evidently, this printer was recently replaced and the model didn't match what was in the configuration. Thanks for the assistance! I assumed it was a generic driver and didn't realize that the model had to be specfied.
If there is no color option in the driver then the driver is incorrectly identifying the printer here
If you can't change it there, you have a BiDi issue, try disabling that here, then go back and make the change
And if it still won't work, it would have to be that someone messed with the settings on this one printer to eliminate color for non-logged in users (This would assume you are in the webpage as admin of course)
We use the Global print driver and have one (of many) AltaLink C8070's that won't print in color from any workstations. Can print in color from the web interface and aren't having any issues with any other devices. The color options don't even come up in Print Preferences. Any ideas?
