Hello, I am having an issue with our new AltaLink C8145, specifically for one user.
Whenever they print out envelopes, they get one that prints correctly and another that prints out blank. Is there a fix to this? We've already updated their print drivers twice.
Just wondering if anyone out there has a solution to this. Thank you!!!!
