AltaLink prints weird pages by itself - unknown user

Hey there,

we've got a weird phenomenon on some AltaLinks. From time to time it starts printing by itself. In the printed jobs it is shown as unknown - unknown an deleted (see attached picture).

The pages most of the time look like it's shown in the attached pictures below.

My favorite was a blank page with just HELP  written on it. Maybe someone is prisoned in there and trys to get out. :)

Has anyone an idea, where these pages come from and how I can stop this?
