Always printing color

I have a client who recently got 2 x WorkCentre 7775 MFP's. I downloaded and configured the drivers on the server to only print B&W. Both are configured identical. I am having an issue where one still prints to color even though B&W is selected, its very odd. I removed the drivers/reinstalled still the same issue. I would like to just fully disable color printing in the printer itself, is that possible? If so where do I find this option?

I have already done that, how can I just fully disable color on the printer itself?

Re: Always printing color

Hi Chris,

Have you changed the default color output to Black and White in CentreWare Internet Services on the machine?  Follow the directions in this solution from the online support for your machine except in your case select Black and White instead of color and see if that works for you.

Thanks,

Re: Always printing color

you can setup the driver in BLACK only mode, go to driver properties - options - predifined configuration - black only = yes

Re: Always printing color

I had already set that. I want to disable on the PRINTER, not the driver
