I had already set that. I want to disable on the PRINTER, not the driver

you can setup the driver in BLACK only mode, go to driver properties - options - predifined configuration - black only = yes

It's already set to B&W

Hi Chris,

Have you changed the default color output to Black and White in CentreWare Internet Services on the machine?  Follow the directions in this solution from the online support for your machine except in your case select Black and White instead of color and see if that works for you.
