I searched our support page and found steps on how to modify it. I am not sure if you are able to disable it completely. You may need to contact Support for more information.

Any way to disable Energy Saver on 5330, or prevent ES mode from forcing a restart every time?

Product Name: WorkCentre 5325/5330/5335
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello Folks!

I wanted to see if anyone knew of any way to disable the Energy Saver mode on a WorkCentre 5330 printer. Every time it goes into Energy Saver, I have to walk to the printer, take it out of ES mode, and then reboot the printer, or the document will just freeze in the queue for the printer. any ideas.?
