Installation and configuration is simple enough, but you will also need to disable Smart eSolutions/ Xerox Remote Services on the printers themselves, because you can get issues if they both are reporting.
Meter reads just work, Supply ordering requires a phone call, because Xerox needs to know you want auto supplies, they won't can't assume you do.
My boss has asked me to look into configuring XDA for centralized reporting and management of our ~13 xerox printers.
Has anyone deployed it themselves? From what I'm reading its a pretty straightforward SNMP monitoring tool that also manages our consumable ordering. I'm just curious if anyone has it and noticed any 'gotchas' during their setup/use?
