ApeosPort-III C5500 Custom Size on Windows 7

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

I am running Windows 7 with an ApeosPort-III C5500.

 

I am unable to modify the custom sizes. The are all A4 by default.

 

I have another machine with which it's working fine.

 

Help please.
