Apeosport C4570 printing 3 lines

Product Name: ApeosPort-IV C5570
Operating System: Windows 11

Good morning y'all.

Our Apeosport C4570 is printing 2-3 lines in the middle of the page. Always in the same position in the page, but sometimes to the left, center or right.

I've checked the fuser and seems clean and I did a cleaning to the R6 blade.

Can you please give me you expertise opinion.
