What have you found that works to control arcing. I seem to run into this in the winter(I'm located in Wisconsin) on cover stocks mostly. I know overall printer temp setting is a key factor.(mine was bumped up by my service tech and field expert) Once the printer is "warmed up", it's not too bad. I also know the environment the printer is in has a lot to do with it too. Humidity control is very important. Anything else you could add to this discussion would be great.
arcing in the printer holds many treats. you if you had any of this you should try out checking open trodes and cover them.
What are the factors luxury watches involved when getting arcing on prints off of a Xerox 8000AP?
