Try logging in as admin and going to Machine Status > Tools > Service Settings > Embedded fax settings > Paper Settings.
I believe if you set it to Manual there will be a Reduce to fit option there.
Are There Margin or Bleed Settings on ConnectKey Devices?
Users reporting when faxes come out, there is a margin border that blocks out some information from the sender.
Any help would be appreciated.
