I searched the online knowledge base and found this article on how to enable/disable Xerox Standard Accounting. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Asking for counting codes, why?

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello.

I updated the drivers for Xerox 3345.

Now, every time I want to print something, a small window appears with "Enter counting codes to print". 

Below, there is an input label for "user ID" and "account ID". 

What is strange - whatever I insert into this label, it accepts. 

I tried to disable the counting this way: windows control panel > printers > xerox 3345 > rmb on it > xerox printer properties > counting > disable. It doesnt work. 

It is printer in an office where I work, so the counting is generally needed, but no other printer asks for "counting codes"  before printing.

Do you know how to disable appearing of this window? 

PS: Im not native english so I hope I translated the phrases properly.
