Re: Auto-detect color for copies and print in color from computer

Login as admin at the copier and go to Machine Status > Tools > System Settings > Copy Service Settings  > Copy Defaults and set the options you want.

If there is no option to print in color you have the wrong print driver

Auto-detect color for copies and print in color from computer

Product Name: WorkCentre 7328/7335/7345/7346
Operating System: Windows 7

#1: From the printer's front panel, when selecting copy, the auto-detect for color defaults back to black & white - how is this saved to auto-detect?

#2: When printing from the computer there is no option to select color from

Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Printer Preferences -> Advanced -> Printing Defaults

I cannot find anyhwere in the front panel of printer or even printer settings to saVe these settings. All documents print out in B&W from the computer.

When logging in as admin through the GUI using printer IP (which it asked me for the login after I had made another change), it showed the auto-detect for color was set (different from front panel).

How do I fix so copying is at default of auto-detect instead of B&W (as shown on printer panel and setting printing to default of color?
