I sorted mine out by configuring the ethernet port on the front panel then run the software package and said connect via ethernet. I all worked fine then. Hope this helps
I am having the same issues with my B205 Printer after the upgrade to Windows 11. Printer is not available after the upgrade. How do I correct this issue? I am connected via USB but can use Wi-Fi if needed. This printer is used for business purposes and I am unable to use it.
Please, reply to this thread. We cannot use our printers since the upgrade to Windows 11. The printer is not recognized when connected with USB. The Xerox installation software cannot see the printer and the installation is unsuccessful. Xerox Easy Document Creatot does not see the printer either. When trying to install the driver through Device manager the driver is installed but soon after that the device is marked with an exclamation mark. It seems like the problem with Brother printers. Did Xerox observe the same with their printers?
I also experience the same problem. Is there a solution? The problem started after the update from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My B205 is connected using the USB port.
