Re: B210 Error 11-1114

Hi writerdesigner,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. What you are seeing may be a PostScript error.  Try using the PCL driver and see if you get the same issue or if you are using a PCL driver then try the PS driver.  Confirm you have the most recent firmware loaded on your printer.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

B210 Error 11-1114

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I've received the following error:

Position: 0x13b64 (80740)
System: emul/UR/URF_dec
Line: 356
Version: v11.73_190212
Error Code: 11-1114

I've had this printer for around one year and it worked very well. Today when I tried to print some documents it printed out all of the paper with nothing but webdings and symbols. This is the error code that was also printed out at this time. I couldn't find anything on this forum and no matter what I do the printer doesn't stop printing until all of the paper has run out.

So far, I have tried:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers

2. Turning the printer off and then on again.

3. Connecting the printer to my computer via USB cable and troubleshooting--the troubleshooter couldn't identify the problem.

Any help or support would be appreciated.
