This seems to be a regular problem with this machine and ours has also started. I have had problems with toner replacement also so I will be returning my machine in warranty and replacing it with a HP equivalent.
Zero support from Xerox - phone number just rings out repeatedly. I picture it ringing in an empty building somewhere while they count their profits from screwing customers with shoddy products and worse support.

We have a B210 printer which is about 3 moths old - this mornig it started Jamming regulaly - probably about 1 print in 5 will jam and need clearing from the rear, where the page will be all crinkled up. Is there anything I can try from here before returning it under warranty? I have checked that there is no paper still stuck anywhere
