B210 Printing garbage at times

Just did a firmware update, V3.0 to V3.5.

Printed a few things with no issues. I'll give it several days before I "Accept As Solution", but I'm hopeful!

I did an upgrade, although I'm not certain it was firmware and thought the problem was fixed. Printed OK for several days.

Bingo, last night it went crazy again.

It sounds like a corrupt job or a bad print driver. I would also look to see if the device is up to date on its firmware.

Xerox B210 wi-fi hook up to home network using Apple iMac, O/S is Ventura 13.0. Previously hooked up to HP work laptop with Windows 10 and had same problem.

About 25% (or more) of the time, the printer output will be characters only with no text. Happens with pdf, word and excel documents.

What's the problem and how to fix it?
