Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the article with instructions for printing duplex on your B210. Verify you are using the PCL driver and remove the PS driver (PS driver does not support duplex) from your computer and reboot the computer before trying the steps in the article. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have the exactly the same problem. Prints single sided perfectly but only the second side of the w page print job prints and the printer starts the second side print sequence and jams.
I just bought a XEROX B210 and installed it on my computer today, so the printer is new. I bought this specifically for automatic duplex printing.
Unfortunately the printer will not print duplex. When i attempt to print a page in Duplex, the printer prints one side perfectly but as it the sheet is rolling back in to print the other side, it goes in half way and stops. I then see a solid red LED indication and the printer status says that the printer is "warming up, it may take a few minutes". Several minutes later, the status changes to "paper jam".
I attempted to reboot the printer, I tried different paper, I updated the printer firmware, re-installed the software, I updated the software, nothing seems to work. The same result every time.It hasn't printed one duplex page since I opened the box. Pulling my hair out here. Any help would be much appreciated.
