B215 - How to disable printing configuration report all the time.

Hi, 

I am Tony. After I tried to disable Banner Pager, I have another severe problem. The dashboard is unable to turn on the home screen. The printer B215 tries to start up but fails. The power button does not work, neither does turn on nor turn off. The only way to shut down the printer is to unplug the power socket from an outlet.

I have tried resetting the printer by opening the front cover and holding both the home button+power button for 02-03 seconds but nothing happened.

I am extremely frustrated with this problem. Hope to receive your help.

Hi,

My B215 printer is keep printing configuration report once I start or sometime randomly. I tried using the diffrent methods but no help. I tried to login to CWIS but the IP not working. 

Appreciate your help.
