I don´t understand, i took out a toner 106R04347 and bought a two pack 106R04349. My B15 printer says that it is incompatible.
I actually managed to get an engineer to come out to try and fix the printer, but he was unable, told me they would send some else out to try and fix but no one ever came.
I was also told that the printer was now discontinued and is no longer supported by Xerox, which is absolutely disgusting, to think that a printer only has a life span of about a year.
Your best bet is get rid of the printer and never buy from xerox again

"Dual Pack Toner Cartridge (DMO SOLD)2 x 3K 106R04349"
and my printer show allert about not compatible toner Error.
I intaled new firmware and reinstaled driver in my computer.
How can I set in printer this toner like default and original?

The consumables like the printers are geographic regionalized also depends of contact type. So you must buy the correct part number of consumables for your region or from where the machine was bought. For this look at the following table:

I get the same problem. My B215 don´t recognize the toner 106R04347. It was buyed brand new. i updated the FW, and reseted, but it still doesn´t work. What can i do now? drop the printer?

Have you verified that you have the correct cartridge number installed for your device?
I am having a serious problem with my B215 printer, I have tried 2 different new authentic toner cartridges from Xerox, and each one is deemed to be incompatible (09-800). I then reinserted the old toner cartridge which is now also not compatiable, strange considering it just printed out 1000 pages.
I have reset the printer, and have updated the firmware, no luck.
I have fully reset the printer.
I have tried technical support, no luck
I dont know what else to do?? except never buying a xerox product again!!!!!
