Hi Tammy, thank for the reply. I can setup and add the printer as WiFi Direct. The problem is that, even though I have the drivers installed (I just printed via the USB cable) I'm still told that the printer driver is unavailable for the WiFi printer.
I found an articles for setting up wifi direct for you to try, if you are still having issue after trying these steps I would suggest calling into the support department for more assistance at 1-800-821-2797.
I'm trying to setup my B215 to print from it via WiFi Direct.
I installed the Xerox Utilities and Drivers for it and I can print via the USB cable. I then added the WiFi Direct version of the printer. However, it always says "Driver is unavailable" even though, as you can see from the screen shot, I have the USB version installed and working (and thus drivers should be present).
What other driver is it looking for?
