Unfortunately, this does not solve the problem because when you go to the job queue, there's nothing listed. That's the whole issue--it's saying there are existing jobs when there aren't.

I'm having a problem with my B215
Whenever i try to copy or print anything the following message pop outs
"New job may not be started until previous job finishes."
But when i check the job queue, it's empty. So there's no job to finish
what's the problem? Thank you
