B225 problems with installing, drivers, multiple copies print as duplex etc

Product Name: Xerox B225 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

hi

Something was very bad with this device or drivers. 

Setup wont accept drivers and like everytime windows restart install them over and over.

When i want to print single page doc as multiple copies device print it as duplex, no every copy on new sheet.

I try pcl and ps drivers. Device work for for 1-2 days and than above problems is again here.

Firmware is latest.
