Recently we faced a problem on Xerox B8090 on booklet process. In fact, when we send print on the machine, the finisher will fold the paper but not from the half position of the paper. Please find the attachment for the wrong fold position in the picture.
Is there anyway that we can calibrate the position of folding on NVM of the machine?
I do highly appreciate if anyone can help me in this regard.
