Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the article for Print Booklets.  Make sure you are setting the margins, gutter and other settings correctly to avoid image shrink.  If this article does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

BR Booklet Maker Shrinking Pages

Product Name: VersaLink C9000 Color Printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 - El Capitan

Hello,

I have a Versalink C9000 with a BR Booklet Finisher. I have put together a small publication, each page being 8.5x11. I want to use the booklet creator to fold and staple these pages on 11x17 paper.

When using acrobat reader, I am able to print them out using the booklet setting in adobe and they print out full page. However, when I try to use the Xerox Booklet Creator Fold and Staple xerox settings, it autoshrinks the pages so they do not fill the page. Again, this is printing 8.5x11 documents onto 11x17 booklets.

Is there a way to print using the fold and staple without downscaling the pages?
