Re: Bad black print

Hi,

It looks like your print is unfused. Be sure to select the corect paper type.

Re: Bad black print

I am having this same issue. Just when printing black. It happened with labels... and then when printing color (but just to the black). IMG_2913.jpgIMG_4401.jpgIMG_8934.jpg

Re: Bad black print

Unfused means the toner is not fixed well on the paper. This hapened when the settings for paper in driver are not set correctly, when quality of paper is poor or if the fuser module is defective.

Bad black print

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello

If I print a few pages of text in black color, text on every 2-3. page is "double printed". See photo below.

I replaced the black cartridge for a new one, but still the same problem.

Other colors (yellow, red, blue) is fine.

Thank for any advise20190919_151023.jpg20190919_151822.jpg
