Banner Page Question for Phaser 6700DX

My organization just purchased a Phaser 6700DX with the 1100 add on trays.  We would like to print a banner page for each printout.  I have this set up, but we would like to dedicate a certain tray which has blue paper to be the banner page.  Is there any way to achieve this?  I noticed in the web interface a person can select the color of paper in a tray, but I can't get this banner page to print on the blue paper  in tray 2.  I have also tried creating a cover page and an index page. I didn't have any luck with either method.
