Start > Devices and Printers

right click on the printer and go to Printing Preferences

Click on the green square (red circle) and check the Turn off Banner Pages by Default (highlighted) OK > Apply > OK

If you don't have these options you are not in a current Xerox driver, and this thread you added to is from 6 years ago, so driver layouts are not similar.

Can you advice, how can I disable banner sheet, if I have NO option to do that it in advanced TAB?

yes , you can disable this on the machine and in the driver in the advanced tab

Is there any way to disable the banner page on the 4250? My remote users are complaining of how much paper is wasted by printing the banners. Thank you.
