Banner page on ColorQube 9303

Please disregard my post...apparently it appers to be an issue with just an Excel spreadsheet I was working on. When I send a test page to the device it comes out fine, also if I create a new Word document and send it to the printer the banner page prints as it hsould. Only this Excel spreadsheet results in the errant behavior.

Thanks for your reply.

I know where to find the setting to control the banner page, but that is my issue, even though I have the option set not to allow the driver to override the setting on the device, when users send print jobs they come out with "Remoe User" instead of the user id and job number "xxx" instead of the document name.

Hi,  For the device in question, a ColorQube 9303, the banner pages are printing "Remote User" with a job number as opposed to the user id who printed the job and the document name - how can set the banner page to print out the user name and document name?
