Did you resolve your issue with the Banner Page? I have a school with the same problem...tried everything I can think of...

I am having the same issue.  Turned off all banner pages in copier and tried both allowing the driver to override (but making sure it is turned off in the driver) and not allowing the drive to override.  I don't get any banner pages unless I print from my Chromebook from home via IPP.  If you ever get an answer, I'd appreciate hearing it.  It's just wasting paper for me, since I am basically the only person using the copier.

There is no other spot, if the driver isn't allowed to overiride and the banner is off, unless the chromebook itself is adding a different banner I would assume an issue with the printer.

In previous models the trick would be to enable the banner, reboot and disable it again, and reboot.

Failing that, update the firmware to the latest Spar and hope

Hello,

I am a Gsuite administrator trying  to setup cups/ipp printing for my domain. I have been successful in getting it working . The one issue I have is the Altalink B8055 continues to print a banner page on every print job. I would like the banner not to print out. I have gone into the web interface and made sure under apps>>printing>>the banner page is off and the driver can't overrided is off. But when I print from a chromebook. I still get a banner page. Is there a setting somewhere else that I am missing?
