have you upgraded the firmware?

there is a bug if you do it, you need to change it back to 2 x yes in the webinterface

save the setting

set it back to no 2 times

if that doesnt help, change your port settiing on the driver to LPR with queue name lp or change it from lpr to raw method

Hello,

Our 7556 is printing out banner sheets for every print job that is sent to it.

We have logged into the controller as admin and banner sheets show that they are disabled already(set to "no").

Also, "Allow driver to override default settings" is set to "No".

Any ideas how to make it stick?
