I searched our online knowledge base and found this article for overriding the banner page in the print driver.

Banner won't stop printing

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 - El Capitan

I have a Phaser 7100N.

I have been printing from a Mac OS X  10.7.5 for a few years now with no problems. No banners were ever printed.

Now I am using Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and there is a problem. A banner is printed out before each file that I send to print. I have turned this feature OFF on the control panel but a banner is still being printed.

What is the solution to stop this banner printing?
