Bentley Microstation issue with Xerox 560 and C75 and Fiery controllers

Working on an issue for a customer who has purchased two Xerox 560s with bustled Fiery controllers.  Customer prints EPS files from Bentley Microstation (single page CAD drawings) and the issue appears to be that the engine demands media size based on the bounding box size in the EPS.

Customer has two kinds of bustled Fiery controllers: one is the XC560 and the other is the newer 570EXi.  Both systems report the same error, which is "Load 10.6x16.5 inch Plain 64-79gsm White in Tray 6(Oversized)".  Job should print out on 11x17.

Tested customer file on Xerox C75 with EX C75 Fiery and experienced same "Load 10.6x16.5 inch..." issue.

Previous printer from different manufactuer with an embedded Fiery printed thse jobs fine.  Fille Distills properly to 11x17 PDF file, too.

Both bustled rips on the 560s are patched (SP1 on the 570EXi and SP8 on the XC560.)

Here are the first few lines from the test file:

    %!PS-Adobe-2.0 EPSF-1.2

Please advise.  Thank you!
